TRUSTED SERVANTS AREA

Welcome to the Area 79 Trusted Servants area of the BC/Yukon website. Javascript and cookies must be enabled in your browser to use this area of the site.

You must be registered, with a user ID and password, to access pages in the Trusted Servants area. Elected, appointed and volunteer members of the Area 79 General Service Committee (GSC) are eligible for registration as are all District Committee Members (DCM's) and General Service Representatives (GSR's) in Area 79. If you are an Area 79 DCM or a member of the GSC who requires access, please contact the Area79 Webmaster for login information. GSR's should contact their DCM to request the user ID and password provided for GSR's in their district.

Varied levels of access may be set for different pages in the Trusted Servants Area, such that not all registered members may be able to view all pages.

Links for return to the Public area of the website, and to an Administrator's area of the site, can be found under TS Home in the Main Menu. Access to the Administrator's area is restricted to website administrators having an authorized login ID.

Please Login and Logout using the login pages found under Users in the main menu.

What's New!

The Trusted Servants Area of the website was gradually developed and added to during the latter part of 2011. It is now (January 2012) almost fully functional and all of the menu items are available, with the exception of the Remote Communities Committee page which is currently being prepared. We will try to keep you informed of any new developments or significant additions to the Trusted Servants Area via updates below:

February 16, 2012:

• The 2012 Conference Background Materials are now available and may be accessed from the Delegate / Conference Background page.

February 4, 2012:

• The Search page accessed from the Trusted Servants main menu above now searches the Trusted Servants Area of the website only. The search page available on the Public Site is independent and searches the Public area of the website only.

December, 2011:

• A "Grassroots Archive" page was added under the "Services" menu tab. This page provides access to an archive of password free copies of Grassroots, going back several years. Note that a limited archive of password protected copies of Grassroots has also been added to the Public Grassroots page, under the News tab.
• A "Minutes and Reports" page was added under the "Services" menu tab. This page is intended to aid access to the minutes of GSC Meetings and Area Quarterlies & Assemblies, and to copies of regular GSC and Committee reports that are published in the minutes. A link to this page has been added to all of the GSC/Committee pages.
